As professionals we all write reports.
However, legal reports speak to to different audience.
In addition, there are specific requirements for the preparation of a legal report. These requirements vary depending on the jurisdiction and/or the matter under consideration. Reports can be deemed inadmissible if they to not conform to these requirements.
